Gbenga Adebayo
Chief Executive Officer

Gbenga, a Telecommunications Engineer with over 18 years international experience in terrestrial networks. He is the current Chairman of the Association of Telecommunications Operators on Nigeria (ALTON); a member of the Governing Council of Digital Bridge Institute of Nigeria and a member of the Nigeria National Communication Policy review Committee amongst others.

He served over 10 years with Siemens AG. Germany and joined VGC Communications in Nigeria in 2000, two years later he was appointed the first indigenous General Manager of the company, a position he held until very recently, when MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd. acquired 100% stake in VGCCL.

He is a member of many National and International professional associations, a founding partner of CNSSL. The Founder of CNSSL Contact Centre Ltd. and the Chairman/CEO of Royal FM a private Internet Radio Broadcast Station in Nigeria. Gbenga is the Author of the acclaimed “Telecom in Nigeria – a role in the call” a book on telecommunication's development in Nigeria and recipient of several merit awards.
 

Deboh brings to CNSSL over 13 years of working experience in the Telecoms sector most of which had been in Network Design, Planning, implementation and project Management.

He is the first indigenous national Switch Operation Manager of Starcomms PLC; the position he held for over 3years. Deboh is well trained on the field with trainings in USA, Europe and China.

Christian Dumbiri is a seasoned Telecom Network resource with more than 6 years’ experience in the industry. “a change agent” with success records in network infrastructure design, planning and implementation that cut across turnkey projects external line Plant (ELP): underground and overhead cable networks, management of last mile maintenance and installations and much more.

Victoria holds a masters Degree in Accountancy from the Ukrainian Economic University, Ukraine, and she has over (22) years of experience. Before joining CNSSL, she has worked in VGC Communications Lagos, Grizi Nigeria Limited, Lagos and as an Accountant, All her experience includes but not limited to Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit / Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Government Taxes and also to make sure proper accounting records are kept in accordance to Accounting Policy within the Company.

Deyemi holds a Masters Degree from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan Nigeria, and he brings to CNSSL over (9) nine years cognate experience. Before joining CNSSL, he has worked in Addax Petroleum Nigeria, GLOBACOM and as Head of Human Resource & Administration of Control Cards Nig. Ltd. (A subsidiary of GLOBACOM). He is responsible for all HR issues across CNSSL, the realisation of the corporate strategy, through the design and implementation of effective Human Resource Management policies, procedures and processes. Currently, he runs an Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) with Lagos Business School.
